Eighth Grade is a very exciting year for students of Lake Castle. They are the student leaders of the school and serve as role models for our younger students. As a reward for doing the work that Lake Castle’s demanding eighth-grade curriculum requires, they enjoy privileges, such as first lunch daily, class rings, class t-shirt, and a graduation luncheon hosted by the Parents Club. It is an exciting and memorable year for them that culminates in a formal graduation ceremony second to no other elementary school in the metro area.

8th Grade Graduation
The 8th Grade Graduation is held at the Crystal Palace in New Orleans East. The graduation ceremony is a very special and one-of-a-kind event.
