The Eighth Grade is a very exciting year for students of Lake Castle. They are the student leaders of the school and serve as role models for our younger students. As a reward for doing the work that Lake Castle’s demanding eighth-grade curriculum requires, they enjoy privileges, such as first lunch daily, class rings, class t-shirt, a trip to Disney World, and a graduation luncheon hosted by the Parents Club. It is an exciting and memorable year for them that culminates in a formal graduation ceremony second to no other elementary school in the metro area.
