9/14/2020 Early Dismissal & 9/15/2020 Closure
School will be open tomorrow, Monday, September 14. Students who are unable to make it to campus will be excused and should check Canvas for assignments. There will be no after care tomorrow, and dismissal will be ONE HOUR earlier than usual; thus, 2:10 dismissal will be at 1:10, 2:20 will be at 1:20; and so on.
School will be closed on Tuesday, September 15. We will notify you about the status of Wednesday, September 16, as soon as it is available.
Aftercare Procedures and Capacity
As of August 28, 2020, our aftercare program has been filled for the 4th— 8th grade section. Since we are adhering to the CDC and LDH guidelines of 24 students per class, we have reached capacity. Anyone requiring after-care services for their child will be placed on a waiting list at this time. We do have a very limited number of spots available for the pre-kindergarten — 3rd grade sections if you are in need. Please register for these vacancies as soon as possible.
All parents should report to the pavilion/gym when picking up students. Upon arrival, please report to the sign out table and wait for your child to be dismissed.
Please remember to record our aftercare phone number, (318) 661-0508, to contact one of our moderators after school office hours. Our gate system will be active from 5:00 PM — 6:00 PM and press “A” then “call” to gain entry.
